New, spacious and peaceful studio apartment, with private entrance, in one of the best neighborhoods in Medford. Your space is a large quiet studio, recently constructed with excellent insulation and plenty of hot water, with cool air-conditioned air and room darkening shades. Your space is private and quiet with fast internet. You have your own entrance, a new queen bed frame and new mattress (fall 2023), a comfortable recliner, a table and a wardrobe closet. The kitchenette includes a toaster oven, microwave, air fryer, hot plate, electric skillet, all kitchen essentials, mid-size refrigerator in room and a regular size one just outside the room. The bathroom is spacious with a large walk-in shower. The only steps are one step up to the front door and one step up once you are inside the apartment.

You have your own kitchenette with access to a larger (vegan) refrigerator in the room next door in the garage.

Other things to note

We have a small, loving and feisty, 6lb Peekapoo, living in the main house. You can park in the driveway or on the street, there is plenty of parking. We have strong wifi. The neighborhood is quiet.
