Nature and Animal Love Retreat with Comfort surrounded by Beautiful Beaches

Beautiful villa located in a quiet rural area, 25 minutes from Alicante airport. 15 minutes from the beaches of Guardamar del Segura and La Marina, and 15 minutes from the city of Elche.

Large gardens, private tennis court and swimming pool in a safe place.

Large shaded terrace at the back. Great place to have a glass of wine and watch the amazing sunsets. Well equipped house with all the comforts.

2 minutes by car from the town of Dolores which has two supermarkets, bakery, fishmonger and several tapas bars, take away pizza and restaurants.

15 minutes from La Marina Village, near the beach also has supermarkets, cafes and bars. Elche and Torrevieja are both 20-25 minutes away with ample shops, restaurants, bars and shopping centres.

Guardamar de Segura beach is 15 minutes away.

La Zenia is 25 minutes by car - Zenia Boulevard is the largest shopping centre in Spain and there is a beautiful beach in La Zenia as well.

Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer (ice maker), oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, iron & board, blender, kettle.

NB We have 4 cats who live on the property, as well as 2 ducks and 6 chickens who have a fenced off area at the front of the house. There will be someone who comes to feed the animals each day (they will not enter the house)

Fully equipped kitchen: airfryer, electric coffee maker, italian cofee maker, pressure cooker, orange juice machine, plant based milk machine, sprouting machine, popcorn maker (oil free), tea pots for infusions, tofu presser. All sorts of utensils for baking and caking, measuring cups and spoons. A full rack of herbs and spices, olive oil, brown sugar and hymalayan salt, several vegan staples left for use. We also leave a branch of bay leaves from our own tree drying in the kitchen for your use and bunches of herbs from the garden too (rosemary, oregano, parsley, basil, thyme, sage etc).
