About

Nant Gloyw B&B offers 2 beautiful en-suite bedrooms. We're situated in Oswestry, Shropshire, England, just a 10 minute walk from the town centre. We'll do whatever it takes to make your stay with us more enjoyable, from early check in, special diets, or a place to store your golf clubs or bikes, we'll do our best to help. We started Nant Gloyw after getting frustrated with the plastic waste and unimaginative vegetarian/vegan options so often found in other b&b's. We built sustainability into Nant Gloyw from the start, there's no single use plastics or fiddly UHT milk containers, our solar panels provide the electricity and solar thermals heat the water for your shower. The breakfast compotes and jams come from our (and next door's!) fruit trees. A generous hospitality tray has plenty of different teas and coffees, biscuits, fresh milk (plant milk no problem) and PROPER SIZED MUGS AND A TEAPOT!We're a vegetarian home and provide a generous breakfast. Our own chickens provide the eggs, and we can cater for vegan and gluten free diets, just let us know in advance.

The space

We have 2 en-suite bedrooms for guests. Room 2 faces the back of the house and is the largest of the two guest rooms. There's free wi-fi, a lovely roomy en-suite bathroom with complimentary 'Faith in Nature' toiletries, a very comfy kingsize bed and a 37" Smart TV with iPlayer and Netflix. (£75 per night, 10% discount for 3 nights or more) Room 1 (Double Bed) is on a separate listing.

The kitchen

We're a bed and breakfast and offer a variety of vegetarian and/or vegan breakfast options, we don't usually allow our guests access to the kitchen but can happily make space in our fridge or freezer for your own food if you're travelling to or from self catering accommodation.

Other things to note

We offer free parking on our driveway and there's free wi-fi available too. We sometimes have a trainee guide dog living with us (We've looked after 30 guide dogs in 13 years!), but they won't have access to shared spaces.
