Getting around the area
The westside of LA is the VEGAN FOOD MECCA of the city! Dare I say the country?! There's too many incredible spots to list so just let me know your favorite kinds of food and I'll give you my recs. There is a bus stop at the corner and we are walkable to the metro and bike paths. Quick bike ride to the beach or Third Street Promenade/Santa Monica Pier - and you could really walk it too.

A closer look at the stay
About
Newly renovated 2 story townhome w/private bedroom & ensuite bathroom. Private balcony, 2 modular closets, standing desk, bidet toilet, infrared sauna. Gorgeous enclosed atrium courtyard in center of unit w/seating, plants, fountain, fire pit, Moroccan tiling. Huge skylight & lots of windows offer tons of ambient natural light. Kitchen has everything you need & modern appliances. Brand new front loading washer & dryer. Front & rear entrances. Gas fireplace, covered gated parking w/car charger. The private courtyard in the center of this unit makes the space so cozy and special. Luxury details like modern appliances, bidet toilet, infrared sauna, and a private electric charging station for your car take your vacation to the next level. Immediately off of the 10 freeway and close by to the Expo Metro Line, it's a 10 minute bike ride to the beach and Santa Monica attractions like Third Street Promenade, Original Muscle Beach, and the Santa Monica Pier.
The space
The master bedroom and ensuite bathroom with bidet toilet and private balcony is where you will stay. It has two modular closets and a window overlooking the private courtyard. A workspace nook surrounded by windows is set up in the room. Shared spaces and amenities include: infrared sauna, vegan kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, garage parking with car charger and storage, in unit laundry, powder room, dining room with second outdoor access, private courtyard (no other units have access or can see into it).
The kitchen
100% vegan and modern. Fridge with water filter and freezer, microwave, gas stove and oven, dishwasher, spiralizer, food processor, Vitamix blender, Omega juicer, electric tea kettle, pressure cooker, cast iron skillet, toaster, air fryer, pizza stone.
Other things to note
My super friendly cat named Cat will definitely want some cuddles and pets. As an obligate carnivore, his is the only non-vegan food in the house and his feeder is covered and enclosed so that the smell doesn't carry. You will have access to one parking space in my garage complete with a car charger and you will also have parking permits for the street should you need them. Despite being right off of the 10 freeway, the place is astoundingly quiet and there are beautiful tree-lined neighborhood streets to walk around.
