Our 2 bed, 2 bathroom vegan friendly apartment has all you need for a family or couple's getaway or business trip to the Coast. Conveniently located walking distance to the Gosford CBD but high and far enough away to be private and quiet. The apartment has everything nearby to keep the family busy from sailing and Aquasplash to bushwalking and cycling. Local shops or big shopping centres are within handy reach. No meat, fish, dairy, eggs or honey to be consumed/brought onto the premises as we are a fully vegan household. Carpets and furnishings are all Vegan too.
The space
The Warram Gosford is a vegan friendly 2 bed, 2 bath apartment with panoramic western views of Brisbane Waters and a short walk to Gosford CBD, ATO, Council and Centrelink offices. The Warram is conveniently located close to public transport and the train station.
If you are visiting the Central Coast or passing through, The Warram is a relaxing place to unwind. We provide full time Wifi for you to connect your devices to catch up on the news, communicate with family, friends or work. Animal friendly recipes abound on the net, or you may order vegan meals from us when booking so they are waiting for you on arrival. You'll also find a bluetooth speaker at The Warram so you can have your favourite sounds serenading you while you relax, study, work or just chill out with a great romantic sunset view.
- Bushwalks are nearby at Rumbalara Reserve and many other locations within minutes.
- The city waterfront and new recreation park is just a few minutes walk away with boat ramps, street food, cafés, Gosford Sailing Club, Aquasplash and cycle paths to Woy Woy and beyond.
- Shopping at The Imperial Centre or a few minutes drive to Erina Fair or slightly further north to Tuggerah Westfield.
- 30 minutes drive to Sydney's North Shore.
- 75 minutes train ride to Sydney CBD.
- 15 minutes drive to Terrigal, Wamberal and Avoca beaches.
- Central Coast Mariners stadium a few minutes walk away.
- Gosford Hospital and Gosford Private Hospital are nearby.
Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate/cater for anyone with nut-allergies due to the high possibility of cross-contamination of nuts.
Guest access: You have the run of the 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment with plant based kitchen and laundry. There is a balcony to enjoy afternoon vistas of sunsets over Brisbane Waters.

Whenever we've been travelling with our children we have struggled to find a plant based friendly accomodation with a vegan friendly kitchen. We want to provide this facility to respect and promote a cruelty free and natural lifestyle and we ask that you do the same. Mandy even makes the soaps herself so she knows what goes into them - they are silky smooth to use and contain organic ingredients. Mandy has a background in marketing and can chat to you about such things and the family has been plant based for about 5 years.
