Luxury villa in midst of an ancient olive grove, ideal for families

The villa is set over two separate apartments: the ground floor apartment, Abbasciu, has 5 bedrooms of which 3 king size bedrooms, one double and one studio with a sofa bed, another single bed or cot(s) can be added. There are two family bathrooms, a large eat-in kitchen, dining and sitting room. There is a working and tuned piano in the living room, two air conditioning units in the apartment and each room has a fan (mostly ceiling fans). The first floor apartment has two bedrooms, one king and one with a sturdy bunk bed. Another single bed or cot(s) can be added. Please enquire if you require just one of the two apartments, you will still have the whole outdoors to yourselves. The gardens are magical, there are a few al-fresco lounging/dining areas, a large salt-water infinity pool with views over the olive grove, a tennis court with changing rooms and flood lights, a large playground (to be used at your own risk). You will not want to leave.

Both apartments have well equipped kitchen. The ground floor larger apartment has also an utility room with an extra dryer and an American fridge-freezer. You will find all appliances, pots and pans you need. Our lovely house manager can be hired for cooking some of your vegetarian meals.

There is a cat on the property, our house manager normally takes care of the cat unless you would like to feed her. Her food is kept in the garage, separate from the house. We also have a small fish fountain in the pine gardens. We offer super fast Starlink Wifi that also covers the pool area. We are in a rural area, you might hear the odd tractor or dogs barking, one donkey, and our farmer might farm our land from time to time (about 4 times a year).
