Lovely Studio Apartment in the Heart of the Ruhrgebiet

I am renting out my apartment to fellow vegans while I travel. Which means there will be lots of personal items around which I would like to be safe during my vacations.

You will have the living room with sofabed, kitchen & bathroom for yourself while I am away.

Towels, bedsheets will be provided.

Since I will be away but leave all my personal items, I kindly ask you to leave my stuff be.

Feel free to use the TV.

My parents live downstairs, so noise levels should be reasonable after 9pm.

No other guests in the apartment beside the people who rent.

Please leave the apartment as you found it.

You can use the kitchen (vegan only), but please buy your own products to cook.

There is a huge refrigerator where I will leave a shelf for guests, if necessary I can make space in the freezer upon request.

There is a kettle for hot water, stove and oven. As well as a toaster.

Sometimes when I travel my dogs will be downstairs, sometimes I take them along.

It should be quiet around the house. It’s a residential area not a party area.
