It's the city center of Arnhem, full of lovely shops, restaurants and cafes. There are plenty places where you can eat vegetarian or vegan! Public transport is just a stone away. Parking is not free.

About
Lovely bedroom in vegetarian duplex in the city center of Arnhem: * Arnhem is very vegan & vegetarian friendly! * The duplex is peaceful, colorful, but most of all quit and clean (some street noises can be heard) * My household is 100% vegan, 100% glutenfree and 99% sustainable * You will be sharing the kitchen, bathroom and two toilets with one person and one cat, who is very friendly and cuddly * Best fit for someone who is coming for a peaceful city trip, who needs to be for work or school in Arnhem and above all for anyone who enjoy a quiet, clean place for a decent night's sleep * Can you please check all the houserules before booking? The space
The duplex contains of a open plan kitchen (fully new) and a toilet on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor you will find the bathroom with the second toilet and two bedrooms. Your bedroom is fully furnished and facing a pedestrian street in the city center of Arnhem. There are double windows, so in general you have little noise of the street. The bedroom has a large 1-person bed, a desk with chair, a wardrobe and a nice relaxing chair. The curtains are obscuring. In the wardobe you will find clean towels, extra pillows and blankets and clean bedsheets. The room is provided with a kettle, so you can make a cup of tea or coffee and a mini fridge in case you want to keep some cold drinks in your room.
The kitchen
The brand new kitchen has a large fridge with freezer, a combo microwave/oven and pots, pans, cutterly and plates to make sure you can cook a proper meal. There is no dishwasher, no stand alone oven. There is space for guests to store their food. PS My cat doesn't eat any meat from a tin, just cat biscuits.

Be aware the cat is not allowed in your bedroom (even though he would like to).

I like to manage expectations, so below you'll find my houserules. - please be nice, peaceful, quiet, clean and organised - check in and check out can be done between 8 and 19 hours depending on my availability (work & private life): ask before booking! - kitchen is available between 07.00 - 20.00 hours - bathroom is available all day but showering can only be done between 07.00 - 21.00 hours - the living room area is not shared - there are quiet hours: between 22.00 - 07.00 hours - the room is not fit for people who stay up all night or work evening or night shifts - no visitors allowed - please leave the shared spaces neat and clean behind after using - do recycle & don't waste energy or water - showering max 1 x per day - no smoking, drug users or drama - laundry can be done after consultation with host Note: Any questions?
