Lovely Ensuite bedroom near granary square in King's Cross Central London

One large en-suite bedroom with a king size bed, double fitted wardrobe, bedside table, 45 inch TV, balcony, desk with chair plus a comfy chair .

We are offering access to one double bedroom which includes ensuite toilet, wardrobe, drawers, 2 bedside tables and access to kitchen.

This is our living space which we let when it’s available. We are vegan and encourage all guests to respect our values and not use, cook or consume animal products in our home.

The building has a strictly no smoking rule in the flats even in the balconies. There is a space outside the buidling with benches where you can seat and smoke.

No animals lives in our flats, we have cats allergies. We ask our guests not to bring any animals in our flats.

No outdoor shoes in the carpet/ please do your dishes / please take the bins out / please avoid leaning on the wall as the painting in these new build came out very easily. Please do not loose the keys and key fob otherwise an extra £100 charge will be added for replacement. Thank you 🙏
