Private, in-law cottage right across the street from the Russian River. Walking distance to local brewery, cafe/deli, and convenience store. 2-minute drive to the downtown area with local restaurants and bars. 15-minute drive to beaches and coastal hikes. Located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by scenic redwood trees. Fully equipped with a vegan kitchenette, outdoor lounge area, hot tub/spa, and fire pit. The kitchenette includes pots, pans, dishware, and basic kitchen needs.Queen-sized bed and pullout sofa bed.The deck includes an outdoor dining table, hot tub, fire pit with lounge chairs, and hammock.Quiet hours: 10pm-8amNo loud noises/music at any time.Save Water Any Which Way You Can: Drought conditions will continue for the foreseeable future.-Please conserve water in daily use: Take shorter showers, turn off the tap when not in use, etc.ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS IN OR NEAR THE HOT TUB.If the fire pit runs out of propane, we keep a spare tank in the brown storage bin right next to it. If you need assistance, reach out and we will replace it as soon as we can.We will message you within a few days before your arrival with code to enter, special directions, and instructions for getting into the house. Save directions to your phone, as cell network connections can be spotty in this area. Please try to arrive to our rural area in daylight.Beware: 10 pound Yorkie wanders the backyard, very friendly, might come say hi :) His name is Rocky and he loves to be petted.We are staying in the main house (across the Airbnb) so do not hesitate to reach out if you need something.Guest accessParking is available on-premises, in front of the shed on the right-hand side of the driveway.
