The house is located in the most popular part of the city. Nijmegen is the oldest city of the country and the historic city center is a 20 minute walk away. A wide variety of shops and restaurants are on a few 100 meters. The enchanting wood is only meters away wher you can walk, run and bike. Getting around: Public transport is good. Bus at 400 mtr, Central Station at 2km. Airport Weeze (Germany) at only 50 km

The room is not big but cosy and light with a comfortable bed. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with the owner as well as the garden

No smoking
No smoking, no use of perfumes etc. inside the house, no cooking of animal products. Quiet after 10 pm. Check-in and out flexible and in consultation with owner. One night bookings means an extra $5 for washing and cleaning
