Getting around the area
Llandysul is a thriving, pretty Welsh village with a canoe centre and riverside walks and pubs. On the bus route from Aberystwyth to Cardiff stopping at Carmarthen it’s easy to get around! Lots of stunning river walks, woodland, ancient Welsh rainforest, beaches and lovely towns like Newcastle Emlyn and Cardigan not far to drive to.

With stunning views over the park and river this 2nd floor penthouse apartment is in a peaceful part of the village centre yet close to shops, cafes and pubs.
The kitchen
Basic kitchenette with microwave, toaster, kettle and single induction hob ideal fur heating up food and making breakfast but not full catering kitchen!
Other things to note
Parking outside is limited to 2 hours between 9am and 5pm but there is a free car park a couple of minutes away and for loading and unloading there is one off road space outside!

We’re near retirement age and live in the apartment below so if your prone to stomping around into the early hours this might not be the right place for you! Easy, quiet and comfortable rather than posh! We grow our own food and are happy to prepare/share our home cooked meals if you ask! Ready to heat up meals or invitation to join us depends on whether we’re recovering from peopling as we are introverts! That said, we are also musicians and have a ground floor music room for jamming and an art studio with 1:1 art therapy sessions available!
