Welcome to Organic Welltree`s luxury Bed and Breakfast and beautiful eco-friendly Yurts. Looking for a place to stay in the heart of Scotland, Perthshire for that perfect and organic Holiday? Come and enjoy our unique rooms in Scottish design or try luxury glamping and back-to-nature living in our well equipped yurts like a Home from home no matter where you’re from, a place to relax, enjoy nature and escape from the city. The B&B House Kirklands in St. Martin, near Scone just outside Perth was built in 1742 and was initially a coach house on the main road between Perth and Aberdeen.
The space
Island studio has a bed room, sitting room and en-suit shower room
The bed room is funitured with a super flat king sized bed. The sitting room has a sofa bed, which can be modify in a single bed and a table with 2 chairs. The en-suite shower room has a luxury walk in shower. The Studio is located at the 2. floor (attic).
The studio is comfortable furnished in a typical Scottish Sea Side design. All bedding from Fou Furnishing and the Deluxe Demko Mattress and the toiletteries are certified organic.
The tartan made from Harris Tweed. On the welcome tray you will find a selection of organic coffee, tea and more.
Our guests have exclusive use of the dining/sitting room with music and books. Enjoy the large open fire place when evenings are chilly and dark.
The conservatory offers views to the south facing garden.
Enjoy on sunny days a cup of tea in our natural garden.
Free WiFi are available for our guests.
The kitchen
We use only organic certified products or products which grown without reliance on pesticides. We offer a vegetarian or vegan breakfast. We use no meat or fish in our whole property.

Parking space is available at the property and free of charge. Our dog Missy will welcome you.
