High carb vegan household with two spare rooms near Rotterdam, Netherlands

The space

I got two private rooms with beds (a 8.24m2 bedroom and a 6.89m2 bedroom) for guests in my house, its a mostlyraw high carb vegan household, with lots of fruits and vegetables and one cat. Location is near Rotterdam (9km), next to the "De Groenzoom" a leisure and nature reserve of 560 acres. Guest access: Fiber-internet: 500Mbit/500Mbit WiFi 802.11g/n and Ethernet cables Dual 23" monitor desktop set-up with your own hard drive/OS on request Dryer: Miele SoftCare System T4225C Washer: Miele Meteor V5760 Giant Tourer female bike, frame size 54 Silver/blue polished alu road bike with a full shimano tiagra set. Kuperus 140 x 220 cm two person mesh base bed with Polma Belle Epoque mattress and IKEA duvets/covers. Kuperus 90 x 210 cm one person mesh base bed with Polma Belle Epoque mattress and IKEA duvets/covers. Sheets and duvets covers are washed after every stay, but I do not iron my sheets.

Peaceful suburban neighbourhood village, close to Rotterdam Central (9km). Rotterdam is Europe's largest port and the second largest city in the Netherlands. Metro Station Berkel Westpolder, Berkel en Rodenrijs (3.7km) Bus stop Sterrenweg/Planetenweg, Berkel en Rodenrijs (400m) Possibility of a pick-up/drop-off by car or a rental bike (on request) Public transport directions: Take the metro (every 10 minutes) from The Hague Central or Rotterdam Central to Berkel en Rodenrijs, Westpolder, from there take bus 174 (every 30 minutes) to Berkel en Rodenrijs, Sterrenweg/Planetenweg, from there walk up to the roundabout and cross the roundabout straight and walk down to the row of newer houses on the right, I got two wheelie bins next to my front door and I am the only one that have these bins there at this moment, so this should be easy to spot, the walk is about 350 meters from the bus exit.
