Seeking a vegan/vegetarian to rent our Asbury Park, NJ studio apt anywhere from 1 - 4 months in the Winter starting around Nov 1st. There is ALSO an **option** to have up to three 10-day stays during the prime warm months (not required, only renting during the Winter is fine) $1,450 per month during the Winter $750 for each 10-day stay during the prime months. On Sixth Avenue 2 blocks from the beach (VERY prime Asbury Park) Queen bed plus Queen-sized pull out sofa 1 small pet is ok Laundry on site Very nicely furnished Nice kitchen with dishwasher and microwave Full bathroom with bathtub several closets Small balcony Wifi and Smart TV Desk with dual monitor computer and printer Parking: There is no on-site parking. We can get you a resident street parking pass
