Uus Maailm ( the “New World”) is a nice bohemian neighborhood with lots of greenery. It´s quiet and relaxed but still makes part of the city center. 4-min walk to the bus stop Lilleküla Jaam (bus No. 32) 8-min to the tram stop Vineeri (trams 1-4) 6-min to the train station Lilleküla (trains R11-R14, R16)

About
3rd floor, 40 m2, living room + bedroom; An average building, a rather shabby staircase, but a beautiful apartment and a great view; Squirrel and bird-watching is possible right from the window 🐿🐦; Quiet; bright; minimalist interior; vegan-friendly; good aura 🧘🏽♀️💃🏾; Suitable for yogis, dancers, etc.; Spacious; large mirror, yoga mat, mini trampoline, fitness ball, weights 💪🏾; No TV in the apartment (sorry😇).

Ikea daybed in the bedroom, can be used as single (105*197 cm) or small double (202*197 cm).
Other things to note
I keep my personal belongings at the property, but there is plenty of space inside the wardrobe and drawers for guests belongings.
