My Lifestyle
Vegan; mostly whole foods plus a bit of the plant-based replacements for animal products. Always have some soy ice cream and soy yogurt in the fridge. I make plant 'milks' from scratch Next I'd like to make yogurt and tofu. My business is BotaniCuisine: Plant-Sourced Vegan Outreach.
Fun Facts About Me
Went on a hot air balloon ride over Ipswich, Australia, about 45 min. west of Brisbane. Scared at first, then relaxed and enjoyed a smooth ride. Then visited New Zealand and took a tour through the Hobbiton village, actually the movie set for Lord of the Rings. Hobbiton is surrounded by sheep and lambs grazing throughout the countryside. While lovely to see, I was saddened by knowing their precious lives would end for no good reason, as food.

Getting around the area
Mostly town homes, tree-lined streets, family-oriented, quiet, yet very close to a lot of shopping (including Trader Joe's) and restaurants. Bus line close but best to have a car. About 20 minutes from downtown Baltimore; add another 10 minutes for parking. Getting around: Bus line a few blocks away; bus goes to the train for Baltimore. Strongly recommend renting a car.

About
Private guest bedroom and full bathroom; full use of kitchen, living, and dining rooms. Large rooms, clean, vegan, smoke- and drug-free. Must love cats, two live here. Require video call prior to approving stay (Skype or Facetime). Document with home, neighborhood info, and outer building door code provided on arrival. Must call when arrive as the building does not have an outside alert system (buzzer, etc.).
The space
Large bedroom, with dresser, night stand, private full bathroom, all kept very clean. Two friendly cats; keep space clean and air fresh. TV in room with local channels and DVD player. Internet access included. Old building, everything in very good condition, although apt. shows wear. Quiet neighborhood. Guest access: Full access to apt. and back yard with garden. WiFi, TV in bedroom w/local channels + DVD player, TV in living room with basic cable and Netflix access. Views with trees and streets.
The kitchen
Large eat-in kitchen with lots of appliances: blender, instant pot, plant-milk maker, microwave, convection toaster oven, hot-air popcorn maker. Large fridge w/ freezer to share. Washer/dryer in kitchen hallway.
