Located in the North Doheny neighborhood between Doheny Dr., Santa Monica Blvd. and Burton Way, it’s just a quick walk to the Golden Triangle shopping and dining district of Beverly Hills 🌴 The area is quiet, peaceful and very centrally located. ~ Bristol Farms and Ralph’s: 4 minute walk ~ Golden Triangle shopping and dining: 15 minute walk (Rodeo Drive, Erewhon, Whole Foods, Alfred Coffee, Cha Cha Matcha, Starbucks, Beverly Cañon Gardens, Beverly Hills Garden Park, Mr. Brainwash Museum, etc.) ~ Beverly Hills Library: 10 minute walk ~ Sweat Yoga WeHo: 25 minute walk (I can get you a discount for 2 weeks of unlimited classes if you’d like!) ~ West Hollywood Dog Park, Library and Rec Center: 20 minute walk

About
✨ Fully Vegan Home in Beverly Hills ✨ Located in the very desirable North Doheny neighborhood of Beverly Hills, just a short walk to Rodeo Drive, the Beverly Hills fountain and sign, and all the shopping, dining and cafes that you see on TV! ☺️ My fully vegan home is a large studio with a separate, well-equipped kitchen, large and comfortable workspace, covered parking available and a custom library nook I had built! 📚
The space
This is a very spacious studio (maybe 700 sq ft?) with a separate kitchen and a long hallway of closet space leading to the bathroom. Because I have so much storage space, I turned the closet in the main room into a library nook with brand new custom shelves. (It might be my favorite part of my home) ☺️ ~ Large workspace for WFH with a printer, extra monitor and HDMI cable ~ 1 covered parking spot included if needed (my car is also available for rent, if interested we can discuss!) ~ Coin-operated laundry room

Well-equipped kitchen! Vitamix, coffee maker, food processor, dehydrator, crock pot, electric kettle, toaster, and brand new reglazed kitchen counters. Plenty of refrigerator space available!
