Please remove your shoes before entering the cabin. Please hang all wet towels on the towel rack found in the closet. Do not place wet towels on the furniture or on the front porch railings. Please do not use the white bath towels to clean/wipe up any food or liquid spills. Paper towels and a kitchen towel are provided for your convenience to wipe down any food, liquid or dirt. Smoking is prohibited in the areas around the Visitor Barn and the Cabins. Please do not throw your cigarette butts in the cabin trash. The smoking section and outdoor ashtray is near the shed in the parking lot. Out of respect for the rescued animals who live here, we require that you do not bring animal products (meat, dairy, eggs, etc.) on the premises. For your convenience, our Sanctuary Shop carries a variety of vegan snack foods, including vegan frozen meals, and there are a number of local restaurants and stores that provide plant-based options. If you need further information about a vegan diet, please let us know. We would be happy to assist you. The Sanctuary is open to visitors and guests from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. You are welcome to tour the grounds on your own during these times, but please do not enter any pastures or barns, feed the animals, or approach the bird areas.
