Cozy and romantic stone house in the Ligurian coastal foothills with a stunning panoramic view. Nestled at the top of a small, friendly village, this accommodation is immersed in nature, amongst olive trees and vineyards and is a peaceful place to relax and unwind, surrounded by woodlands full of wild birds & animals. Great place for yoga & meditation (including private terraces & meadowland yoga platform), hiking, walking, mountain biking, and road cycling. There are many great local routes both immediately around the property and many more within a short drive.

The place has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, fluffy cotton towels, high quality mattress and cotton bedding, dressing gowns, complimentary eco-bathroom products, etc so you will feel comfortable and at home.

This refurbished tiny house consists of:

- Well equipped kitchen & living room

- Bedroom with Ikea bamboo large queen bed and high quality mattress, side tables, shelving, clothes rail & sofa chair.

- Bathroom with shower, mandi-style bath, toilet & sink

- Two large outdoor private terraces with uninterrupted views

: Private sun terrace with sun loungers

- Technology terrace (WiFi linked seating on shady rear terrace)

Guests can also enjoy a complimentary WELCOME BASKET on arrival containing homegrown veg, herbs & fruit (seasonal), local bread, olive oil & biscotti, homemade jam, English tea and Italian coffee. Breakfast basket replenished in request.

SAFETY UPDATE: Our guests can be assured that we are taking extra care to ensure all frequently touched surfaces are thoroughly disinfected throughout the property between guest stays. We employ a professional cleaner and use anti-viral cleaning products and steam cleaning for floors, kitchen and bathroom.

Guest Access

Private & village terraces, garden and adjacent meadows (available for additional camping). Guests can help themselves to abundant vegetables and fruit when in season, and have two outdoor dining areas, including one situated on idyllic sunset terrace.

Wifi is available on upper terrace by the main house (where there’s a small table and chairs to sit in shade & comfortably access wifi). There’s an intermittent signal on the rustico dining terrace. PLEASE BE ADVISED there is no WiFi available inside the rustico/cottage.

Flexible check in and check out, ONLY with advance notice in low season. From June to Sept flexible check-in and check-out are usually not possible due to cleaning schedule.

Well equipped kitchen & living room with sink, granite surfaces, range of utensils, pans, modern 5 ring gas stove with oven, plus traditional log burning cooking stove & oven, dining table and chairs, drawers, fridge freezer, hot and cold running water.

We have a large friendly dog.

The wifi can be variable and us only available outside the property.

The location is very isolated and quiet, and 10 min drive from nearest shops and town.
