Entire upper floor of the historic Hyatt House, a private home in the Montford Neighborhood. Does not have a private entrance. Short walking distance to downtown with dozens of bars and restaurants, including Harrah's Asheville Event Center.
Full upstairs dedicated guest space in a historic home, very private space includes 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a sitting area and bathroom with shower. 1800-thread-count Percale sheets! Coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave in common area.

Other things to note
Very quiet location. Two dogs live on the property, but are good at leaving guests alone. Not suitable for children or dog-allergic, does require climbing a flight of stairs.
