Historic neighborhood, shaded, fun to walk around. Very safe, even though short walking distance to downtown. Favorite places: Dozens of coffee shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Getting around: Uber never more than 5 minute wait. Walk most places.

About
Private entire upstairs with bath, 2 bedrooms and living area. Lots of light, yoga area, in a vegan home walking distance to downtown Asheville. Historic home in beautiful neighborhood, easy parking on the street.
The space
Entire upper floor of the historic Hyatt House, a private home in the Montford Neighborhood. Does not have a private entrance. Short walking distance to downtown with dozens of bars and restaurants, including Harrah's Asheville Event Center. Full upstairs dedicated guest space in a historic home, very private space includes 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a sitting area and bathroom with shower. 1800-thread-count Percale sheets! Coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave in common area.

Large kitchen downstairs, all vegan, feel free to utilize as needed
Other things to note
Very quiet location. Two dogs live on the property, but are good at leaving guests alone. Not suitable for children or dog-allergic, does require climbing a flight of stairs.
