(Unless approved) *Any undisclosed guest is non-refundable fee—$20 per person. - Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. - Unauthorized late check out is a non-refundable fee—$50. -Any undisclosed pet is a non-refundable fee—$50 per pet *Please monitor pets at all times, if unable to do so please place in their crates. -It will be the responsibility of the current guest to pay the booking fees for the next guest if any broken house rules causes the next guest to request a cancellation. (i.e. smoking in the home) -Any damages to the house—a claim will be filed for the cost of the damages. -We do have the option of a security deposit however the following applies per Airbnb guidelines... “How does Airbnb handle security deposits? If a host requires a security deposit, the guest doesn’t pay the deposit when they make the reservation. Instead, the guest will be charged if a host makes a claim on their security deposit.”— -You agree that you are booking in good will with the host and will not damage the hosts property/business because your are unhappy with any resolutions from Vegvisits or host on any mediated matters or dissatisfied results. If you are awaiting your right to a trial due to any court filings and agree to go to trial, you then assume and agree to pay for any and all court costs or fees. If you would like anything purchased before your stay, we would be happy to have the refrigerator stocked for you. Please, send us a grocery list and we will get everything ready! Your end price will be COST OF GROCERIES PLUS A SERVICE FEE OF 30%. (We will send you the receipt through The message center) All payments can be made through paypal or resolution center (If you need a walk through please ask.) Upon check-in you will have 2 hours to express any dissatisfaction or concerns regarding the space your are staying. If within that time something needs to be adjusted or fixed, we will come and do so. Anything after that time we will assume that everything is satisfactory and to your liking.
