Small lake community, walk the kayaks across to the lake, bike rail trail, shopping, restaurants, amusement park nearby. Close to highways 93 and 495. Must like cats, you can also bring your pet if well behaved.Eco house no fossil fuels!! EV charging available.

Cozy private bedroom with TV, closet and wifi. Depending on the time of the rental will be either whole house or just one room. Across from lake beach area, water view, plenty of parking and EV charging.

Other things to note
Really great neighborhood, lots of dog walkers and water only allows small crafts, no highspeed motors allowed, so peaceful!
I have 2 kitties, happy to have you bring your pet, we'll figure it out!
Also have RV on the property, with possiblity to rent and stay.
