About this space
We warmly welcome you to our eclectic home in Mt Lawley close to the Perth CBD, public transport and wonderful walkways along the Derbal Yerrigan (the Swan River).Ian and I are vegan and we live in a 3 generation household. We have 3 children, 2 with gorgeous children of their own. The grandchildren who share our home -Jackson (5), Yoko (3) and Harvy Moon (18mths) are bi-lingual German.Our backgrounds include community development, architecture, filmmaking, NGO CEOs, and living and working in remote Aboriginal communities. Until recently our “Eclectic Room for Vegan Guests” room was on Airbnb - we left as there model is unfair.

Your bedroom is spacious, colourful and furnished in an eclectic style. The bed is queen size and the room located directly across the hallway from your (mostly) private bathroom.
The kitchen
Themomix, bullet shaker, coffee machine (circa 1985) and plenty of space for guest belongings on the counter and in the fridge.

We have the privilege of living on a precious piece of Earth close to the Derbyl Yerrigan (Swan River) and Boorloo (Perth) CBD. We have lived in our colourful eclectic home for over 40 years and now have an enchanted wild backyard which we share with our son and his family who live in the duplex next door. We love living in a 3 generation household where we are all committed to living with a deep respect for the Earth. We are all (mostly) vegan 🌿 At the moment we are building an extension to our home as our son’s family is growing! We have previously used Airbnb where we had 5 star reviews however we now only welcome guests through VegVisits. We look forward to welcoming you to our home 🏡
