A closer look at the stay
About
LGBT friendly host with two cats offering a quiet, smoke free home within a family cul-de-sac in a leafy Cardiff suburb. Walking distance to beautiful Roath Park Lake, train station approx 15 minute stroll (1 stop on the train to city centre). UHW (Heath Hospital) approximately 30 minutes walk or 10 minutes drive. Cardiff University (City Centre) approximately 15/20 minutes drive.
The space
This room has recently been decorated and has a double bed, memory foam mattress, a 10.5tog bamboo duvet (an additional fleece blanket is available if required) and two Simba hybrid pillows. There is also a comfortable chair to kick back with a book or magazine. There is a wall mounted TV with streaming services that can be angled towards the bed, or the chair with access to Netflix, Apple TV and Amazon Prime video. PLEASE NOTE: I do not have a TV Licence therefore you will not be able to watch or stream live TV. The room also has an Amazon echo device allowing you to listen to music in the room. There are a number of USB charging points in the bedroom for your mobile phone or camera, including a multi connection charger cable each side of the bed.
Other things to note
I have two house cats. There is a restricted access road near my house which requires a digital visitor permit to allow access which I can issue prior to your arrival.
