The downtown apartment sits on top of the owner's garage on its own separate plot of land. There is a balcony with a downstairs outdoor patio and lounge space. There is a fully functional kitchen with Dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, and stand-alone ice maker. Guests will have all of the tools needed to make cocktails with a sleek shaker set and bar cart.

For sleeping, there is one dedicated bedroom with a queen bed, and in the living room, there is a sofa bed with two separate twin-size beds. If needed, we can provide a queen-size blow-up mattress for an additional fee.
