Getting around the area
Cleveland Park neighborhood of Nashville. 1 block from McFerrin Park and walking distance to bars and restaurants and gems like the East Nashville Crystal store. Broadway/The Ryman/Bridgestone Arena/Nissan Stadium are all a little over a mile from the property. It’s not walkable since there’s a busy road separating our neighborhood from downtown, but it’s an electric scooter ride away or a quick 5 minute Uber ride.

Brand new build completed July 2021. All new furnishings designed by RH and Haverty’s Furniture. Completely private outdoor space for you to enjoy with your guests. Experience true luxury urban living in this design-conscious flat in Downtown Nashville. Take in sweeping city views from the private balcony and side patio. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.
The space
The downtown apartment sits on top of the owner's garage on its own separate plot of land. There is a balcony with a downstairs outdoor patio and lounge space. There is a fully functional kitchen with Dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, and stand-alone ice maker. Guests will have all of the tools needed to make cocktails with a sleek shaker set and bar cart. For sleeping, there is one dedicated bedroom with a queen bed, and in the living room, there is a sofa bed with two separate twin-size beds. If needed, we can provide a queen-size blow-up mattress for an additional fee.
