Double Room in a Vegan Yoga-Home-Studio

Double bed in a 4-bedroom flat, with no lift in the building and I am on the 3th floor. It's possible to use the kitchen as long as the rules are respected: only vegan or vegetarian food is allowed here. The flat is very clean and safe and it's located a few minutes from the Center of Funchal by foot, also excellent and easy bus access with a stop right in front of the building. The washroom of this room will be shared with me, the other room I rent out has it's private toilet.The spaceMy apartment is close to the Center of Funchal (15 min walking distance to the closest beach (Praia de São Tiago and also to Barreirinha swimming pools). It's also close to the main restaurants and Pubs in "Zona Velha" (Old Town), cable car and to the main Public Market (Mercado dos Lavradores). You can easily access the Botanical Garden and Tropical Garden by bus from here too.There is a bus stop right in front of the building, but you also have a place to park a car if you are thinking in renting one. We don' t have Uber in Madeira Island, but you can use Bolt app that it's very inexpensive and safe . Please have in mind, that meals are not included in the price of the accommodation. I don' t offer any ingredients for your food, not even spices, so, please buy your own food and snacks and feel free to use all the kitchen utensils.There is a Yoga room and yoga mats available in case you wanna practice some yoga. You can also join the yoga classes with me for 15€ per class. I also do Ayurvedic therapies and Abhyanga massages (55€ per one hour and twenty minutes of massage) with organic oils.I am a friendly and calm person that loves to meet people from all over the world, but I also like to stay in my room privately. I'm always available whenever guests need me, I'm working mostly from home online, so I will be around if you need any tip/suggestion or if you have any question. :)I don' t walk with shoes inside my flat, so you might want to bring your sleepers or simply walk barefoot or wear socks.I keep the room very clean and so the bedlinen. Even the pillows are properly sanitized after every guest. I am still being very careful about the COVID/pandemic and expect the same from my guests, such as washing their hands before touching anything in the kitchen after arriving from the street.The building has no lift and I am on the third floor, so please have that in mind if you are planning to carry a very heavy luggage! A backpack will not cause you any troubles up the stairs. Don' t take personally, but I will not help bringing up your suitcase, I welcome guests very frequently and I simply cannot help all the guests with their suitcases up and down.In case you are a Digital Nomad, looking for accommodation and a place to work specially doing video conferences, have in mind that I will carry on with my routine cleaning the house and welcoming Yoga students here too.
