Picturesque mountainside get away, located in farm country. Close to amenity’s, 10 miles from Littleton & 25 miles to Franconia NotchLots of room to relax in, gather with family & friends or explore nature from the backyard. Situated on 3.75 open and wooded acres with a pond. The outdoors offer a huge walk out Deck, giant Fire Pit and a relaxing Hot Tub. Inside you’ll find 3 bedrooms to accommodate up to 6 people. A cooks (happy place) Kitchen. A large living room. Complete with a fireplace & direct access to the huge walk out deck with breathtaking views of the woods and the pond. ⛷️🛍️🍴🌈

The space

The property consists of 3.75 acres with a pond. The land has open open and wooded areas. Great for exploring.

Our house is handicapped accessible. The main entrance has a handicapped ramp (there is one step up from the top of the deck to the entrance) & the bathroom has handrails in the shower. The rooms and hallway are large enough to accommodate wheelchair’s or scooter’s.

Our spacious 1200sq ft. house has 3 bedrooms. One master with walk in closet and Queen size bed. An antique room with 2 twin beds, vanity, bureau, closet and views of the backyard and apple orchard. A game room with a Queen bed This room includes a desk, computer, board games, closet and views of the deck and back woods.

The kitchen is large and very open with an island for guests to sit at. It includes a fridge with a freezer bottom drawer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric range, pots, pans and cooking utensils. The living room has a beautiful brick fireplace, 40” tv, couch, recliner/ rocking chair, tea table and access to the oversized back deck. The deck over looks the open field, wooded back drop, pond, apple orchard and our oversized fire pit. We have a variety of wild animals on the property. This is a refuge of sorts for them. We do not allow hunting, trapping or killing of any animals. Photos however are encouraged.

There is plenty of parking to accommodate 8 to 10 cars, a dozen motorcycles and even an RV.

We are located 5 miles north west from the Moore Dam on the Connecticut River, close to Cannon Mtn, Loon, Brenton Woods, Attitash Ski Resorts and the Mt Washington Cog Rail. All offer the most picturesque views.

The kitchen

*All the appliances are used by meat eaters, but are completely scrubbed down after every use. The dishes and cookware are only used by vegetarians.

Smoking or Vaping is Not allowed inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside on both the front porch and back deck. Ashtrays are provided. Please use them. There will be a $200/night cleaning charge for smoking inside the house. No weapons, hunting, trapping, bullying, harassing or harming of animals or people allowed on premises, or you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. Well behaved pets allowed. You are responsible for picking up after your pets. Photographs of the premises are taken the morning of each guests arrival and again the evening of departure. You will be charged the repair costs for any damages you or your guests, kids or pets, cause to the premises. You will also be charged the replacement cost for any items stolen during your stay. Please respect any area that is locked or marked off limits. This is our house, please respect it as such. Be nice and have fun.

Vegetarian for 16 years. Animal advocate and caretaker my whole life. We are so fortunate to live in the country and share our home with all the wildlife on it. Fortunately for them we are only 12 miles from the little city which has all the amenities needed to keep us and them happily fed.

Neighbourhood

Just 12 miles south lies the cutest old time Main Street. There are over 8 restaurants around Main Street. Most offer Vegetarian and Vegan options.

Just down the road is a Walmart, Shaws grocery store. TJ Maxx and a several other commercial business. I however recommend supporting the mom and pop shops on Main Street. The Soda shop and Candy store are a must visit.
