The property consists of 3.75 acres with a pond. The land has open and wooded areas. Great for exploring.

Our house is handicapped accessible. The main entrance has a handicapped ramp (there is one step up from the top of the deck to the entrance) & the bathroom has handrails in the shower. The rooms and hallway are large enough to accommodate wheelchair’s or scooter’s.

Our spacious 1200sq ft. house has 3 bedrooms. One master with walk in closet and Queen size bed. An antique room with 2 twin beds, vanity, bureau, closet and views of the backyard and apple orchard. A game room with a Queen bed This room includes a desk, computer, board games, closet and views of the deck and back woods.

The kitchen is large and very open with an island for guests to sit at. It includes a fridge with a freezer bottom drawer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric range, pots, pans and cooking utensils. The living room has a beautiful brick fireplace, 40” tv, couch, recliner/ rocking chair, tea table and access to the oversized back deck. The deck over looks the open field, wooded back drop, pond, apple orchard and our oversized fire pit. We have a variety of wild animals on the property. This is a refuge of sorts for them. We do not allow hunting, trapping or killing of any animals. Photos however are encouraged.

There is plenty of parking to accommodate 8 to 10 cars, a dozen motorcycles and even an RV.

We are located 5 miles north west from the Moore Dam on the Connecticut River, close to Cannon Mtn, Loon, Brenton Woods, Attitash Ski Resorts and the Mt Washington Cog Rail. All offer the most picturesque views.

We have a large open Kitchen, that’s great for entertaining. It comes with a Fridge/Freezer, Oven/stove, Microwave, Dishwasher and Garbage Disposal. The kitchen comes fully stocked with Vegetarian cookware and dishes.

The huge island makes it easy for friends and family to hang out with you while you cook. There is also a unique bar that seats 4-6 easily.

Pets stay free. We offer pet sitting services for an additional fee. If you insist on working, there is a small office area with a computer, headphones and mic and WiFi. For tv choice's we offer Netflix, Amazon, Paramount+ and Hulu.

The fire pit is available when weather permits. The hot-tub is available year round. Nothing like being in a steamy hot-tub on a snowy winters day.
