Cute little house in characteristic city center with green garden

- It’s next to the botanical garden and no one around has view into the garden (except for the two neighbors upstairs 😉 ).

- In summer it doesn’t get any hotter then 22° in this place, because it is a new building, on the ground floor and has a lot of shadow around.

- The main bed is 140x200cm and can be provided with a mosquito net.

- A third person could sleep on the couch. Which is actually a bed turned into a couch 😉. I even find it sleeps better then my own bed haha.

- There are two bikes you can use.

- The garden is divided into 3 patios, one for each tenant/floor. But the upstairs neighbors barely use it.

- The bed is on the street side. It is not a busy street, but occasionally some loud people or a fast scooter passes by in the evening.

I’m very happy with my adorable studio and in love with the city. I hope someone else will experience the same!

I think I have most of the kitchen appliances, but.... I don't have a coffee machine....

I do have a Optimum high speed blender, in case that makes up for it ;).

Parking can be a bit of an issue, as this city tries to make it a more livable space by keeping out cars. Within 5-10min walk there is free parking on Saturday and Sunday. Parking garages are like €22 for a full day.

But I’ll do more research on parking if you’re coming by car.
