Quaint traditional New Mexican style home. Private bath and large kitchen. Just moved in so a bit shabby and sparse in some areas!
The space
The home is cottage like with my room separated from the living room with only curtains. Your room has a solid door as does both bathrooms. The laundry is through the master(my) room. Guests are welcome to do a reasonable amount of laundry for free and more for a fee. Guests are welcome to utilize the kitchen, living room, and back yard as well as enjoy a private full bath. The home has nice new hard wood laminate flooring and a/c! The stove is electric. I do have a storage shed that you can use for a fee also if needed for extended stays!
The kitchen
Vegetarian food welcome but please thoroughly clean up. Granite countertops, dishwasher, deep sink with detachable sprayer faucet! The refrigerator is a standard size but I have a side by side in the shed for overflow that is empty now! Electric stove and microwave available. There is no exhaust fan in the kitchen as the home is older with the original cabinetry! Charm all over this place!

We are a no shoes household. Please keep your space clean and common areas clean after use as you would in any respectful roommate situation. Please be mindful of noise if up after 10 pm or before 5 am as I have no solid door to my bedroom. Please ask before adjusting the thermostat. Because of the lack of bedroom door to my room that leads to the W/D, I trust you to respect my space and ask before entering even to do laundry!
