Welcome to our bright and cozy home superclose to nature (lake, trails & skiing tracks) and the city centre :) It's around 100 m above sea level next to one of the best spots in Tromsø city to see the northern lights in winter and the midnight sun in the summer! Moreover you're in a very safe and cozy neighborhood, well connected and we hope you'll love it as much as we do! Questions? We are fluent in English, German and Norwegian, so contact us in whatever language is convenient for you. The space What is waiting for you - a cozy flat - 1 bedroom for you + another bedroom in the flat. Occasionally we'll use it or rent it out as well - doublebed (loftbed) - kitchen - big living-room - typical Norwegian wooden house About the location - Right next to the ski trail and the lake (2 min): ideal for walking, jogging, or cross-country skiing - Only 2 min to the nearest bus stop (Stalheim) with direct buses to the city centre (5 min) & airport (7 min) - 20 min walk to the city centre: A large part of the way is with very little cars and a view <3 Note that the city centre is downhill. - Walking & biking distance to most places on the island - during rush hours direct busses to the university/hospital A bright, peaceful spot where you can enjoy both Tromsø’s city pulse and its closeness to nature! Guest access You’ll have access to a bright and spacious living room, a well equipped kitchen, and a cozy bathroom. We hope it feels like a home away from home! :) Other things to note 1.) We live in the flat ourselves and mostly rent this room when we're out of town. So you will find our private things in cupboards and shelves, but we make sure you have enough space for your things as well :) 2) The building is older, so you might hear a few creaks and notice some quirks. It’s part of its charm, and we hope you’ll love it as much as we do! 3.) We're new to VegVisits, but have extensive hosting experience from other platforms. Ask us for references, if you want to :)
