Cozy room in a fully-vegan home near downtown Kansas City
About this space
Come stay with me in my fully vegan, eco-friendly, non-toxic home just 10-minutes from downtown Kansas City! My home is a small 4bed, 2bath house in a quiet neighborhood centrally located just 5 minutes from the highway (I-35) and a 10 minute drive to Westport, The Plaza, and Downtown Kansas City. There is also a nice porch and small backyard backing up to the woods. I currently share my home with one other vegan roommate, and value creating community, meeting other vegans and like-minded individuals, and sustainable communal living. I regularly host animal rights activism events and vegan potlucks in my space as well.
The space
I have a private furnished bedroom available to guests upstairs on the same floor that I live on, with a queen size bed in it. You would share a bathroom with me, and have access to all communal shared living spaces including the living room, kitchen, washer/dryer and outdoor porch.
The kitchen
The home and kitchen are fully updated with all stainless steel appliances (fridge, microwave, oven, electric stove top, and dishwasher) and lots of counter space! You would have access to all kitchen appliances, dishes, pots/pants etc. including a Vitamix, Instant Pot, and Juicer.
Other things to note
Very clean and quite house, currently my roommate has two poodles who live here, but they mostly stay downstairs in her room. Lots of free street parking, and great high speed gigabite internet at the house!
