Private bedroom on ground floor, bed size 120cm large, fitted with air-con, desk-table and chair, cupboard, dresser/sideboard, shelves, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet immediately opposite the private room (also used as guest toilet). Possibility to add an extra single bed for a small extra fee or combine the booking with the queen bedroom on the first floor.

Open space kitchen with breakfast table, Fridge and freezer, drinking water-dispenser (cold and hot), kettle, filter coffee machine or Italian coffee press, toaster, stove, oven, micro-wave, pressure cooker, rice-cooker/steamer all common pots, pans, utensils and dining service and cutlery.

Tamarin is an ideal starting point for discovering the west coast of the island. Things to see/do: Surf, swim and sun bathe at Tamarin Beach, enjoy La Preneuse Beach and discover the Martello tower, visit the Mauritian Wildlife Foundation's bird sanctuary, visit the last functional l sea salt manufacturing site, Kite Surf or swim at Le Morne beach and visit it's open air historical slavery memorial museum, hike into the Black River Gorges, enjoy a day on the a catamaran, visit Chamarel with it’s 7 coloured earth, waterfall and rum manufacturing, discover Flic En Flac's long beach and buzzing beach town life or drive further south along the beautiful coast to Baie Du Cap, Bel Ombre and Riambel to discover more of our coast’s wonderful nature sites and special attractions such as ‘Le Vortex’ an outdoor spiritual healing center.
