Hi, We're David and Sara, a young couple of French-Spanish vegans who met in London and now live in Switzerland. We are passionate about food, animals, and sustainability. We recently transformed our house into a vegan fermentary! We produce kimchi, tempeh, kombucha, and water kefir. We also serve specialty tea and coffee, along with homemade vegan bakes (croissants, pain au choc, cinnamon buns, etc). We can't wait to meet you!

The house is just above Lutry, 15 min by car from Lausanne, 40 min away by bus. The bus stop is 20 away by foot. Hitch-hiking works really well here.
