Cozy bedroom, close to the center of Munich
About this space
Hi,I'm renting out my bedroom during my holidays. However, the living room is not included because I will also stay there for a few nights, but not all the time. In this price included are the bedroom, with the possibility to use bathroom and kitchen (shared), too.Please note that this is a residential area, so no parties, no smoking, and no noise after 10 pm.
The space
The size of the bed is 140x200 cm, so suitable for 1-2 persons. If there is a child (above 5 years of age who sleeps separately from the parents), too, it is possible to sleep in the living room, but the living room will be shared. If the parents don't mind sharing their bed with their baby or infant, this is also fine.
The kitchen
Tea is available, but since I'm not a coffee drinker, there's no coffee available. However, you could bring your own coffee, but there's no coffee machine. Nonetheless, there's a kettle for boiling water and a toaster available.
Other things to note
Generally pretty quiet, but sometimes some nice piano music.
