Your private entrance is via the back of the house, and into the lounge where you can relax on a brand new BZ convertible sofa bed with comfortable high quality mattress. You access the kitchen via an open doorway with a bamboo curtain. Upstairs you will find the bedroom and bathroom/toilet under the sloped roof. The bedroom is cosy and contains a small 120cm double bed. There is a large storage cupboard on the landing to hang your clothes and drawers in the bedroom. The bathroom has been entirely renovated and is equipped with a high standard luxury shower.

The kitchen including all appliances are new: electric plates and hood, fridge, microwave and coffee-maker. Crockery, cutlery, kettle, cooking pans and all basic kitchen utensils are available There is a breakfast table with 3 high stools in the kitchen as well as a larger covered sitting area available in the garden, under the beautiful pine trees.

Free parking is available on the street in front of the property and there is a bike storage in the garden. Feel free to bring your own bikes. There is good WIFI signal. Please note that there is no TV in the apartment, but books and games instead, to invite you to take a break from the screens, free your mind and make the most of the outdoors :)
