Hi, I’m Fio! I’ve been vegan for over 20 years and love connecting with people who share a passion for plant-based living. I speak German (native) and English (proficient). Traveling has always been a big part of my life, and after staying in many short-term rentals myself, I’m now happy to open my home to visitors in London. Since we’ll be sharing the space, I’m looking for respectful, friendly guests who appreciate a welcoming, vegan-friendly environment. I’ll be glad to share local tips and help you discover London’s amazing vegan scene.
My Lifestyle

Fun Facts About Me
1) I’ve been vegan longer than any vegan restaurants have existed. 2) I grew up in Germany and recently lived in Berlin for a few years, but consider London my home. 3) I love exploring new vegan eateries and sharing my experience with others. I am a HappyCow ambassador.

About
Welcome to my cosy vegan household in North London, zone 2. The guest room offers a peaceful retreat with almost 6 square metres of private space, ideal for solo female travellers or couples seeking comfort and privacy while visiting London. As you walk up to the apartment, you’ll enjoy lovely views over central London. Experience a warm, welcoming atmosphere, thoughtful vegan touches, and insider tips on the best local plant-based spots. Whether you’re here for business or pleasure, you’ll feel right at home in this friendly, cruelty-free environment.
The space
My place is a split-level apartment on the third floor, offering a comfortable and peaceful setting in North London. The guest room is on the upper floor, reached by a short flight of stairs from the hallway, and shares this level with a second bedroom and bathroom. On the lower floor, you’ll find the kitchen and living room, which are shared with me, your host, during your stay. The apartment layout ensures a good balance of privacy and sociability, making it easy to relax in your own room or use the communal areas for breakfast and such. Guests have access to the shared kitchen and living room, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring London. You will get your own set of keys so you can come and go as you wish. The apartment has been renovated in March 2026.
The kitchen
The kitchen is compact but well-equipped, offering all the typical appliances you’ll need for a comfortable stay. There’s an electric hob, oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle, as well as a high-speed blender, air fryer, and food processor for guests to use. While the kitchen is small, there’s enough counter space for preparing meals, and the fridge provides adequate storage. The kitchen is vegan-only, so please refrain from bringing or preparing any animal products. Guests are welcome to use all appliances, but we kindly ask that you clean up after yourself to keep the space tidy for everyone.
Other things to note
Due to the internal stairs, this room is not suitable for anyone with walking impairments. The apartment is generally really quiet, as it’s not directly on the road and the guest room is situated towards the inner courtyard. There are no companion animals living on the property. Parking can be limited, especially on-street and during match days. Guests can book visitor parking permits online. WiFi is available, though signal strength may vary depending on the device and location within the apartment. If you have any specific requirements or concerns, please let me know before booking.
