The space
Your bedroom on the 3rd floor has a fold up bed which is perfect if you want to practice yoga or just want some more space. There is also a fold up desk that you could use to get some work done and then maximize the space again when you are not working. There is a shower and a bath in the main bathroom on the 2nd floor.
I am offering a 3 story house to a long term stayer. It is available for 3 months from the beginning of January 2025 until the end of March 2025.
You will have the whole place to yourself majority of the time. I normally runs my business from home so my equipment is still running from here. If there is an issue with a system I am running, someone may come to the house to fix it.
The kitchen
I eat mostly raw, don't have an oven. I have a large fridge and freezer and an extra fridge upstairs. There are two insta-pots, a vitamix blender, a food processor, a juicer, a critus press and plenty of storage space. It has lots of workspace and is bright and spacious. There is also a induction top with 4 rings so you could boil or steam things on there.
Other things to note
The house has good wifi and there are lots of internet wires in every room. Parking is easy to find on our street or on the street before our street. It is generally easy to find.
