Comfotable private room in a town house
About this space
This is my guest room. A private room on second floor of a townhouse. Full-size bed accomodates up to two people. The room is ventilated and full of natural light. I'm the only one living in the house, so you'll find the house quiet enough.
The space
Medium sized bedroom with a full-size bed. Wi-Fi, ventilation, two chairs and a small piece of furniture for clothing and linens. If two people come, they'll have to share the bed. The guests will use the guest bathroom.
Guest access: My house has WiFi, I have a TV and DVD player, but no cable service. Lots of movies to watch, though!There's a small backyard where I usually enjoy cofee in the afternoon. My house is small, but it's located in a private complex where there are a few parks to exercise or play sports.
The kitchen
Spacious kitchen with plenty of refrigerator space. Gas stove with oven. All basic appliances available: blender, mixer, juice extractor, coffee-maker, pans, baking utensils, etc. No microwave oven. Plenty storage room in pantry. I don't normally keep dairy products in my fridge or pantry, but if guests need to use them, they are welcome to have them here.

No smoking or pets. My schedule is always changing, so we would have to arrange check -in and check-out times in every particular case. I'm pretty laid back, so the only thing i ask for is to leave your room and bathroom clean. if the kitchen is used, you are expected to wash dishes and leaven cookinmg space clean. If you use up my condiments or food, which is OK, you are expected to replace them.

I am a cook and foreign language professor, so I can always teach cooking/baking lessons and Spanish, English/French lessons. For cooking lessons, I only ask the guest to buy ingredients. For language lessons, the cost is $10.00 an hour. If i'm available and guests need transportation nearby, I can take them at no cost. If destination is farther and if I'm available, I only ask my guests to pay for gas.

Hello! I'm a 40-year old vegetarian university language professor. I have always enjoyed traveling and I know how hard it is sometimes to find places where we can eat what we want. The idea of staying at a local's house, where you feel comfortable eating what ypou want and being able to use thier kitchen to cook yoyr preferred meals is just fantastic!
