About
This stylish first floor apartment is a perfect place to stay in the peaceful, but lively, Church Hill neighborhood of RVA. Super clean and easy check-in. Take a walk through the historic Union & Church Hill area to one of the many local spots like Sub Rosa, Pizza Bones, or Proper Pie for lunch. Hang out at Libby Hill Park to catch the most beautiful sunset you've ever seen, then walk home and have some tea and read by the fireplace. The space: There is one bedroom with a queen-size bed, one large and very comfortable sectional that could fit two people for sleeping, and a queen-size air mattress. Guest access: This is the first floor apartment of a townhome (tenants live above) with a fully separate entrance and living space. Other things to note There is not a thermostat control in the apartment, but please let us know if you need any temperature adjustments. An air mattress, air pump, and extra linens are stored in the bedroom closet.
