The space is great value for money, a modern conversion, in a beautiful part of London.

Ealing Broadway is a pleasant area, with great transport links including the new and fast Elizabeth Line, local restaurants/shops, and open space at Ealing Common.

Location is quiet, yet close to amenities, Sainsbury's Local Supermarket, Gastro Pub, Restaurants, local shops, 5 mins walk to Ealing Broadway area and 25mins on tube to Central London (Elizabeth, Central & District Lines).

10 minutes walk to Ealing Common station (Piccadilly & District Lines) and North Ealing station (Piccadilly Line).

Ealing Broadway station has direct links to Heathrow and Paddington, via new Elizabeth line.
