Colombages apartment 7 minutes away from old down town

Smooth two bedrooms 64 m² (667 ft²) place. At the 2nd floor after a narrow old wooden stairway drives you to a not to long entrance that finishes on the bathroom. To your left you'll see another door (which allows me to keep the cold away) that gets you to the sitting room. First the living room, a tv, some books, coach and tunes station. Following with the dining room, shelves and a removable counter bar. Then, the kitchen: not too big, but everything I need in other to contribute to my happiness. Finally, two bedrooms, by the other side of the livingroom. Both with closets. The one on the left is the guests one, aka. Home office spot. There isn't a real bed, but a sofa-bed which is very confortable.

I have some utensils. Bowls, dishes, silverware, saucepans and pans. No gaz, only electric stoves. Cutting boards (for savory and sweets independently), baking trays, Japanese knives (for carefull handeling and upkeep), jars, pots, ladle, spatulas, woodenware, and more. KitchenAid, juicer, moka coffee pot, ricecooker, etc.

I have no cat or dog friends (for now). There are many parking spots around my place, so not to difficult to find an empty one, as you may know, french people are always on vacations. Even though it's a quiet area here, I love loud music, and never got a problem with the neighbours about that. There are some young folks using theirs terraces in summer and we can, sometimes, hear them. I had once to ask them to low down their volume. My downstairs neighbour is very nice guy and for the first floor one (a student I barely know) I don't have enough information.
