Guest room available for rent in my townhome! The room has a cozy queen bed, a small couch, and nice green views. There is a portable desk and chair available for you to work. There's a large smart TV in the bedroom. The bathroom is shared. The room is upstairs. You're welcome to use the kitchen to cook vegan meals and the lounge areas of the home, including the loft, living room, or back porch. There is nice walking path basically outside the front door of the home. The townhome is located just across from Tioga Town Center, where there is Gainesville Health and Fitness and Patticakes Coffee Shop. Convenient accommodation for the following:- 25 mins to Temple of the Universe (to visit Michael Singer)- 20 mins to ISKCON of Alachua Hare Krishna Temple- 20 mins to downtown Gainesville- 10 mins to I-75I live here with my cat and 20-year-old nephew.
