Family friendly neighborhood, with a beautiful park nearby and great for walks and jogs. Favorite places: Too many to list. Honestly. Getting around: We have uber and lyft here. I prefer guests with just 1 car, truck, or van and they need to be under 6' tall to fit in the off street parking space.

A closer look at the stay
About
Month-to-Month Rentals Only: Located in a quiet neighborhood in West Asheville close to breweries, live music, good coffee, restaurants, and shopping. I do not discriminate when it comes to diet and this rental as you will have your own kitchen.
The space
A private and cozy 1 bedroom house that sits behind my house and close to many amenities! The bed is comfy, there's central A/C and Heat, a nice big kitchen, parking and I'm on the property if you need anything including pro tips on hikes, food, coffee, other drinks, etc. There's a private washer/dryer, dishwasher, smart TV with Roku player, and all your basic appliances. Outside you'll find a beautiful wrap-around partially covered deck surrounded by big trees. Guest access: You'll have your own private deck and house to enjoy all to yourself.

I have basic pots and pans and if you need anything else, feel free to text me or knock on my door.

Book for as long as you'd like. Due to local laws, Month + bookings are required.
