The guesthouse is peaceful and secluded with lovely countryside views. An ideal hikers retreat, writers retreat, perfect for someone who wants to catch up on some work, painting or reading. Our guesthouse is a cozy, artistic, restful space. Bespoke and unique. If you feel like unplugging for a few days and having a technology detox, this is the place for you. There are lots of puzzles, card games, books and monopoly available. Bikes available.More details about the space :There is a gas heater/fireplace to keep you warm on cold and wet days. A comfy queen size bed. We have Wi-Fi although coverage in our area is a little bit spotty at times but its mostly fine. Please note the ceilings are quite low so maybe the space is not ideal for people who are on the taller side!Keash Caves is an 8km drive away. We are a 45 minute drive to Strandhill Beach, great for surfing.Lough Key Forest Park is a 12km drive away, where there is ziplining, Boda Borg and kayaking.Cairns Passage Tombs, Carrowkeel is 30 mins away by car.Sligo is a 40 minute drive.Benbulbin is a 46 minute drive away.
