About this space
Un joli appartement atypique sur 2 étages avec un petit balcon qui d'une chambre, donne sur les toits. À 20 mn à pied du centre historique de la belle ville de Montpellier ou à 10 mn en tramway. Les belles plages sont à 25 minutes. Il est possible d'y aller en tramway en été. L'appartement est calme bien que situé dans une rue commerçante où il y a tout. Des bonnes boulangeries, au magasin bio.

Il y a deux chambres avec un lit double. Une en bas avec le salon et la cuisine. La 2e chambre qui donne sur un petit balcon et un autre salon en haut avec la salle de bain. Les toilettes sont séparées.

La cuisine est bien équipée et sans micro ondes.
Il n'est pas possible de fumer dans l'appartement sauf sur le balcon.
