Les belles plages sont à 25 minutes. Il est possible d'y aller en tramway en été. L'appartement est calme bien que situé dans une rue commerçante où il y a tout. Des bonnes boulangeries, au magasin bio.

Le quartier est vivant et sympathique. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour faire des courses même une épicerie bio.

La plage est à 25 mn en voiture. Il est possible d'aller à la plage l'été en tramway +navette.
