Characterful kingsize room, in quaint Cornish coastal village

The space

We have three comfortable rooms:

Room 1 - is our largest room(15m2) featuring a large bay window for lots of natural light, a comfy sofa for relaxation, and en-suite shower room, Tea and Coffee making facilities, and a TV.

Guests have access to a private patio area at the rear of the property for quieter relaxation.

The kitchen

Note the café kitchen is NOT available to guests.

Accommodation is room only, and price excludes food (incl. breakfast).

Basic tea and coffee making facilities are provided in the room, with our own fresh coffee and vegan milk options.

In season, a vegan breakfast is available in the cafe from 10:00am (or 9:00am if booked the previous evening). Guests are entitled to a 10% discount

The cafe is open most days in the summer season for other vegan meals and drinks.

Other things to note

The rooms are attached to our cafe bar, but this closes no later than 9pm during peak season.

Mobile signal is variable, but wifi signal is good throughout the property allowing wifi calling (available on most modern mobiles).
