HOUSE RULES: - No smoking or vaping - No Parties or events - No unregistered guests - No open flames or candles - Do not put anything hot on top of marble counter top - Dry all used utensils, plates and cups before putting away - Please only use toilet paper, no flushable items, paper towels, feminine products, etc. - When leaving turn off all lights, fans, AC or anything that is in not in use. Shutting off while you're gone will reduce wasted energy. - Press the lock on the top button on the key pad to lock the door. - Quiet hours between 9PM-10AM TRASH: - Take out trash to the trash bin on the left side behind the house next to the fence. PARKING: - Please park vertically infront of the house on the left side (west) make sure your car is not blocking the driveway.
