Our cozy room is located on the top floor of a family triplex, with its own private bathroom (with shower) right next door. It’s a quiet and comfortable space, perfect if you’re looking for somewhere to feel at home during a longer stay. At the entrance of the triplex, you’ll find a charming furnished patio where you can enjoy sunny mornings or relaxed evenings. On the ground floor, we share a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and laundry facilities — everything you might need for day-to-day comfort. The condo is in the heart of Miraflores, just two blocks from Kennedy Park and a short walk from the promenade and the beach. You’ll also be surrounded by plenty of vegan and vegan-friendly restaurants — you’ll never run out of delicious options! We welcome guests planning to stay at least 1 week, ideally for several months (to work, study). As this is our family condo, we value peace and tranquility, so parties are not allowed.

The space

The room we offer is located on the top floor of our triplex. It’s a bright and private space with a double bed, a set of drawers for your clothes, and a TV for your entertainment. We are also planning to enable an additional closet in the hallway just outside the bedroom, giving you even more storage space. Right next to the bedroom, you’ll have your own private bathroom with a shower (no tub). Guests have full access to the common areas on the ground floor, including a cozy living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and laundry facilities. At the entrance of the house, you’ll also find a nicely furnished patio — perfect for enjoying some fresh air on sunny days. This setup makes the space comfortable and convenient whether you’re here for study, work, or simply to enjoy Miraflores.

The kitchen

Our kitchen is fully equipped and designed to make cooking easy and enjoyable. We have a large American-style two-door refrigerator, with a freezer on one side and a fridge on the other, so there’s plenty of space to store your groceries. For appliances, you’ll find just about everything you might need: a rice cooker, Instant Pot, spiralizer, mandoline, air fryer, microwave, gas stove and oven, a vegetable steamer (for microwave use), electric kettle, food processor, two blenders (one for sweet products and one for savory), ice cream maker, sandwich maker, and plenty of glass tupperware containers for storage. Since counter space is limited, most appliances are kept in the pantry. You’re welcome to take what you need, use it, and then return it to its place.

Other things to note

You’ll be sharing the house with our two little “babies,” Askit and Saira. They are very friendly and love having people around, though sometimes they can get a bit loud when excited or when meeting someone new. Because we’re located near a lively area with bars and nightclubs, it can get a little noisy at night. The windows are double-glazed, which helps, but we still recommend bringing earplugs or listening to music/radio if you’re a light sleeper.
